Then there's what "you don't know, what you don't know," and that's motivation enough to try something that you've never done.

But What?

We work with sales and marketing teams in a number of different capacities, empowering them to harness the authority of their personal brand.

For sales teams, that might result in training them to find and engage with potential clients, developing and writing their sales process, followed by regular accountability with sales training.

For marketing teams or small businesses, Disruptur works to create a backlog of achievable tasks related to strategy, campaign & digital content creation, social media management, professional photography, and authentic video storytelling.

But Who?

Anyone, but with a giant asterisk. Disruptur works with large teams, small teams, teams with big dreams, people without teams, and people that want a team. Basically, we work with individuals and companies of any size from any industry with two exceptions (insert asterisk). They have to be willing to try new things, and second, they can't be a dick.

But How?

As a small Brand Engagement Agency, Disruptur carefully evaluates which clients to partner with in the long term because of our capacity. However, we love project work. So, suppose you're a solopreneur looking to grow your personal brand, or you're the VP of Sales & Marketing ready to trade in your traditional sales training membership card. In that case, Disruptur might be the company you never thought you ever needed to work with.

But Why?

We would never advise our clients to do something we haven't done or wouldn't do ourselves. Disruptur wasn't created from a process written by someone who sold in the seventies; it was born from years of experience across generations (consider Disruptur a Xennial) and, as a result, had the opportunity to learn from our failures and forced us to look outside the box to ultimately form Disruptur.
