Whenever you find yourself on the same side as the majority, it's time to pause and reflect." ~Mark Twain
What happens when you take years of experience in sales & marketing and combine it with the feeling of being confined to a box of limiting beliefs?
You gain curiosity for what else might be possible if you start thinking differently about how something has always been done.
You get Disruptur.
It's inevitable; your business is either on social media or it's thinking about social media. Why should you be? Organic social media is free, and in a world that seems to be playing by the rules of an invincible, all-knowing, all-present algorithm, they know nothing about it's exhausting trying to keep up with its ever-changing trends.
Disruptur asks the question, "Why?" Why should we cater to an algorithm, or why should we follow rules that don't exist? Why do we have to create content simply to check a box? Don't we have enough "FOMO" in our personal lives to carry it over to the office? On top of the social media, the Algorithm, now we have AI, and it's the allure of taking time-consuming (sometimes tedious) tasks, or worse, hard work in exchange for a shortcut.
Disruptur doesn't focus on the algorithm, and it certainly doesn't create content for it. Disruptur isn't concerned about AI; we may see the significance and convenience it offers, but when your sole focus is authenticity, using a machine to tell your story doesn't exactly come across as genuine. No, we believe in hard work, in taking the long way, and most importantly, in establishing and fostering meaningful connections and relationships.
Social proof is important; vanity metrics do matter, and don't get us wrong—views mean something. But make no mistake: the old way of doing things has evolved, but relationships remain the same.
We believe that sales is the new marketing, and marketing is the old sales, and once you see it yourself, you won't unsee it.
Marketing agencies, consultants, coaches, and sales trainers talk a big game about what they "think you should do" without doing it for themselves. Content about content isn't content. We're not sure what that is, but we do know that starting a conversation with anyone starts with commonality, and if you need social proof by all means...check out Disruptur on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and if you want Facebook (but shhhh, we don't care about Facebook...sorry Gary Vee).
Disruptur walks the walk, talks the talk, and if you're ready to get comfortable being uncomfortable, "I'm your Huckleberry."
